![]() I'm running Mavericks on a mid 2012 13'' MacBook Air.Īnonymous UUID: 1C85BCB0-63CC-838A-931C-BAF06FFCBF57 However, this also resulted in a kernel panic when those devices go missing. I was running the latest beta for the fix when connecting new keyboards. Is there anything that you could recommend to make this work? Any help would be appreciated. I tried enabling "Allow devices which vendor Id and product Id are zero but this didn't work either.Īs of now I have nothing enabled in Karabiner. For the Belkin keypad the Vendor Id is 0x0411 & Product Id is 0x0244. I also verified that both keyboards appeared under "devices" in Event viewer. ![]() I verified that Karabiner was working by briefly enabling a change of key in the apple keyboard and that worked fine. Since an implicit behavior of Karabiner is to share modifier keys with all connected keyboards, I thought installing it would solve the problem, but it hasn't worked. The problem I'm having is that Osx recognizes the keypad as another keyboard so it won't allow shortcuts to be applied if I press the modifiers in the apple keyboard and other keys in the keypad. I'm running OSX 10.9.5 and want to share modifiers between my Apple wireless keyboard and Belkin yourtype keypad. Use a clean environment (new account) if this is the case. ![]() Note: The build may fail if you have changed any environment variables or if you have modified scripts in the /usr/bin locations. The make script will create a redistributable Karabiner-VERSION.dmg in the current directory. Step 2: Building a package cd Karabiner-master curl -OLC - Įxtract the file to "Karabiner-master" and delete the tar.gz file tar -xvzf & rm opt/local/include/boost/version.hpp) Step 1: Getting source codeĭownload the source to in the current directory, this can be re-executed to restart a cancelled download. Please install Boost into /opt/local/include/boost.
